Questions I have?
I am not sure where this blogging thing will take me but I thought I might really try and do a little. So I thought I would share some of my thoughts on my walk with Jesus. Or at least some of the questions I am thinking at this moment in my life in reagards to the things I am reading and discussing. In my small group we are discussing Genesis 1-12 and then we ventured into Job, wow it has been great. But my questions have grown. So here it goes some questions and hopefully some thought provoking statements:
I realize that I cannot fully type what i am thinking.
1. Why? Everyone's main question -- why create what would rebel? Is love really all that?
2. The only thing in creation not living up to the purpose God created it for is humanity.
3. What's the devil doing in the presence of God in the book of Job? Along those lines, is the devil living up to the purpose God created him for?
4. If choice is what seperates us from all other created things including Angels then is the devil rebelling?
5. Did you know that it wasn't an apple?
6. Was God angry at Cain about his offering? or was God's response to Cain's offering one of instruction not condemnation?
7. Did God curse (ie. kicked out of garden) humanity or was it result of our choices? This question goes along with what happens to Job and throughout the Bible.
Well that's a good start I'll write mor as they come to me.
